Two people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries on Oct. 9, when at least two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Collingham Drive and Roberts Road in the Kings Park West area, officials say.

Fairfax County Fire and Rescue personnel were called to the scene due to the curiosity of the crash to stabilize the vehicles, and two people were taken to area hospitals for treatment of undisclosed injuries.

The crash led to a road closure on Roberts Road in all directions between Commonwealth Boulevard and Zion Drive in Kings Park West.

It is unclear what caused the crash, which remains under investigation.
